The cost to retake the exam is $1000. Exam dates are listed on the ABIPP website.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_7\"><span class=\"color_14\">Complete and submit proof of 25 CME credit hours each year for a total of 250 within the 10-year period.<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"font_7\"><span class=\"color_14\">Submit $1000 renewed certificate fee<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6567c46 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6567c46\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-text-editor elementor-clearfix\">\n\t\t\t\t<p><span class=\"color_14\">All diplomates&#8217; recertification requirements should be fulfilled by December 31 of the year the certification expires (10 years after issued).<br \/><br \/>For Recertification, complete the <a href=\"https:\/\/a82d6397-a882-49cb-8a4c-28cc510167c9.filesusr.com\/ugd\/61999f_48ac2d8b42d844b8a3fe626a195ee1f3.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Declaration and Consent form<\/a> and enclose all appropriate documentation along with fee. Documentation for recertification can be mailed or faxed to the ABIPP office at 81 Lakeview Drive, Paducah, KY 42001 or 270-554-5394.<br \/><br \/>Additionally, we ask that you take a few minutes and update your contact information by filling out the online <a href=\"https:\/\/form.jotform.com\/42926370437963\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ABIPP Diplomate Information form<\/a>.
